		<description>I want to congratulate you on this article.  As a woman in her mid thirties I follow every diet new or old to try to loose a few pounds.  Since the turn of the year I have been eating good fat and been loosing weight.  Working in a predominantly female environment I see and hear about all sorts of diets, more recently `all about w8` and `lighter life`.  I have seen colleagues paying £50 per week to basically starve themselves and go into kertosis which is detrimental to the human body.  I, however have been eating quality fat and losing weight.  The  starvation diets do get quick results, however my colleagues have had headaches, are irritable, light headed and have no social life as they pay so much money per week to starve and they can&#039;t eat.  I, on the other hand ask for more mayonnaise to go with my chips, I have had more energy, feel great and have a fantastic social life.  I cannot recommend saturated fat enough to everyone out there.  I have lost in total 20 pounds, yes this has not been over a matter of weeks however if I do cheat on a weekend and have what I fancy I quickly lose the couple of pounds I have put on.  My colleagues at work who have paid lots of money to starve have put all their weight back on and more, I however am keeping the pounds off and eating good quality food.  Well done for challenging everyone&#039;s preconceived ideas that butter, beef dripping etc is bad for you.  Our older generation ate good quality natural food and cooked in natural fats not man made fats.  They were fit and healthier than the generation today, maybe we should learn from our elders.
