I&#039;ve been following a training programme from Henry for several months now, and have been gradually introducing more and more good saturated fats and natural products into my diet.  I am feeling the best I&#039;ve ever felt, and with the structured training programme I&#039;m following I am also feeling the strongest I&#039;ve ever felt.

When I first started PT sessions I could barely manage a single dip - now I think Henry would agree that this is my strongest exercise.

Training the right way, and with the right &#039;fuel&#039;, really does work!</description>
