A final reminder for the FM Evening this Thursday 26 August 2010 from 7pm onwards.

It will be held at Sabatini’s on the Quayside, for which there is a link below so you can locate the place.

The evening will consist of a champagne reception, with quality Italian food served throughout the night and a free prize draw, where you can win a Personal Training session, a Spinning class or a Massage.

It’s a chance to meet the team Ollie, Matt, Ford and my 2 new Personal Trainers, Jimmy and Simon, as well as other members, to give us your feedback on Fitness Matrix and also the opportunity to offer your suggestions on what services you may like us to offer in the future, when the new studio opens on the 1 October 2010.
