From a young age I have always been a member of a gym and kept myself fit, but it was attending University and representing them at rugby union for 3 years, when I discovered my passion for sports and fitness.  My perception of fitness transformed, it became part of my everyday life, rather than just a rare habit.

It became evident that my efforts outside of rugby training and matches, would determine how successful I would be in achieving my goals in the sport.  As a result, I realised how difficult it is to push that little bit harder, force that 1 extra repetition out or run for an extra kilometre to give you the edge, especially when doing it alone.

That’s when personal training was an obvious option for me.  I could use my passion and enthusiasm to help others to achieve their goals, be it to lose weight, sport specific, build muscle or just better posture.

I believe in bringing a fresh and innovative approach to personal training and using a diverse range of techniques to achieve your goals, but most importantly, make our time together enjoyable!!

I can assure yoiu that you will achieve the utmost out of our time together, ensuring you leave with a sense of accomplishment and a clear view of the steps we will take to achieve your goals.

With your goals as the central focus, a personal training programme will be designed uniquely for you, with the use of inventive and exciting exercises using machines, kettlebells, powerbags, boxing, free weights and body weight.
